During Sept 2008 Zul, Peizhen, Bee Eng and Me had underwent a 3 days training course on Retail Customer Service conducted at Singapore Retail Academy and an on-site assessment in FILA VIVO. Hence, have to attend VivoCity Service Excellence Training Programme Award Ceremony today, receiving the certificate upon passing.
